Responsibilities include:
- strategic planning and tactical management
- staff coaching, engagement, and direction to deliver operational results
- ownership of plant P&L, budgets, forecasts, and strategy development
- reviewing monthly and annual financial statements for budgetary comparisons and assessing performance levels
- collaboration with functional leaders for effective deployment of strategies, initiatives, and programs
- leading operations to improve manufacturing processes through improved asset utilization and strategic capital investment
- creating and managing capital budgets, long-range site and facility master plans
- collaboration with Sales to align manufacturing capacity with revenue growth objectives
- overseeing product launch in accordance with Flawless Launch initiatives
- championing the Shiloh Production System (SPS) for assigned locations
- auditing the SPS system in all value streams on a regular basis
- driving the identification, selection, and prioritization of projects and maintaining a productivity project pipeline
- ensuring compliance with OSHA, ISO, and other required standards
