We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations in our facility in Goshen, IN. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training and guidance as needed
- Ensure inventory is properly stored and organized
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification is a plus
