Our Phone Room team plays a key role in making clients feel cared for, understood, and supported — all before they even step through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and compassion
- Schedule appointments and communicate clearly with clients and medical staff
- Problem-solve in real-time while staying calm and focused
- Ensure accurate information is relayed between clients and our medical team
- Be a kind, dependable, and collaborative presence for our clients and coworkers
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- A calm presence under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
Preference will be given to applicants with a consistent employment history, as we’re looking for someone interested in a long-term role with our team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
