We’re currently seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our close-knit team!
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, maintaining professionalism even under interruptions, and consistently leaving a positive impression on clients. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, processing payments, and serving as the primary communication link within our team. We operate with a paperless system, so good computer skills are a must. At Shiloh Veterinary Hospital, we emphasize teamwork and cross-training, seeking someone willing to assist technicians and veterinarians when needed to ensure smooth operations.
This full-time position offers the possibility of four 10-hour shifts with a rotating 4-hour Saturday schedule. We have a sister hospital handling emergencies, ensuring no late nights or on-call shifts.
