Shilpa Rathi - State Farm Agency located in Monroe Township, NJ, has an immediate opening for a part-time Bilingual (Spanish / English) Front Office Representative. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set. Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Provide excellent customer service.
