Position Summary
We are hiring full-time electro-mechanical assemblers to help us meet our growing production needs. No experience? No problem...we will train you! In this position, you will perform assembly and testing of complex devices and equipment. The starting wage is $19.00 however, candidates with electronics assembly experience could be hired at a higher pay scale (according to their combined relevant years of experience and education as determined by HR).
Responsibilities
- Performs mechanical assembly with strict adherence to work instructions, production drawings, and sample assemblies. Includes use of hand and power tools.
- Mounts assembled components, such as transformers, printed circuit boards, power supplies, and sub-assemblies on chassis panels.
- Installs finished assemblies and sub-assemblies in cases and cabinets.
- Performs testing protocol, including multiple test runs, for complex configurations.
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves problems in non-functioning units, including repairs under the direction of the team lead.
- Tasks may involve mechanical complexity and the handling of many small parts.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent - Required
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Effective communication skills with ability to read, write and speak in English
- Able to work independently and make effective, routine decisions
- Strong attention to detail
