Overview:

This position performs complex data analysis to identify factors that affect business profitability, growth, and efficiency. Assesses a wide scope of business practices, information, and industry trends. Determines improvements or solutions to address identified issues. Prepares technical reports by examining and summarizing data, and creates specifications to support business initiatives. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts or assist in special projects as needed.

• Fresh out of Computer Science Major Graduation
• Experience of at least 2 years in IT
• Data Engineering in Analytics on Tools like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx
• Should be open attempt customization using Python and Data Model concepts
• Attitude to learn new technologies open to work based on the Project needs (Example, APIs, Data Ingestion, Data Transformation, Etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Data Analytics - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs advanced data analysis, effectively communicating and directing analysis output.
• Identifying Objectives - Determines business needs through complex analysis and reporting. Develops strategies to achieve company and department goals, and communicates these through the use of specifications, project plans, or other forms of documentation.
• Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI, Tableau dashboards and Alteryx Data Pipeline to provide insights into business performance by creating data models, data sources, security and access control
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, develop actionable insights, data visualizations to support business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop appropriate visualizations
• Create and maintain documentation for Tableau dashboards, troubleshoot and resolve dashboard issues
• Conduct End User community Training and mentor on Tableau usage
• Leverage advanced Tableau functionality (parameters, actions, tooltip modifications, API, etc.) to create analytical dashboards
• Tableau dashboard development, SQL, Python, Data warehousing, Performance optimization
• Extensive knowledge in various reporting Tableau objects like Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies, Transformations, Filters, Calculated fields, Sets, Groups, Parameters
• Experience in understanding of Data Warehouse architecture. (ODS, EDS, EDW, Data Marts), Business Intelligence, dimensional modeling

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting
