The primary responsibilities of the Logistics Dispatcher are to coordinate and oversee the logistical operations of the company, including dispatching drivers and vehicles, scheduling deliveries, and responding to customer inquiries. The Logistics Dispatcher must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure in order to meet deadlines. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong customer service skills.
