Duties
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
- Buss tables efficiently to ensure a clean dining area for guests.
- Help with food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling dishes and garnishing plates.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs.
- Operate the POS system to assist with order entry and payment processing when required.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in bussing, food preparation, or working in a restaurant environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food service practices is a plus.
