Job Purpose
CB-Emmanuel Realty c/o Shinda Management Corporation is an affordable housing developer that owns approximately 3,000 units of affordable housing. We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our growing organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all facets of asset management for individual real estate portfolios owned by the Company. This includes assisting with various loan monitoring and compliance tasks, liaising with banks, governmental institutions, and tax credit syndicators, and interfacing directly with property management firms.
You will also lead the refinancing process of all projects deemed poised for refinancing and travel to portfolios to assess physical condition. Other duties and special projects may be assigned as needed.
