About the Job
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Shinda Management Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for processing tenant rent payments, preparing deposits for financial institutions, and reconciling all transactions relating to the A/R Department. You will also generate reports, receive payments against invoices, establish records of accounts, and document financial records. Additionally, you will assist with preparing forms and manuals for accounting personnel and process reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Accountabilities:

• Processing tenant rent payments and preparing deposits for financial institutions.
• Reconciling all transactions relating to the A/R Department and generating reports.
• Receiving payments against the invoices created in the accounting system.
• Establishing records of accounts and inputting entries into proper accounts.
• Documenting and ensuring proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies.
• Assisting with preparing forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable and general accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior knowledge of Yardi software System is an asset.
