We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other needs in both home and community settings. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you support by fostering independence and promoting well-being. Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and personal care to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each person's unique needs.
- Facilitate social interactions and community engagement to promote inclusion.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required.
Experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
- Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and direct support services is beneficial.
- Background in caregiving, social work, or home community care is advantageous.
- Knowledge of long-term care practices is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
