Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are upheld.
- Implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each client, monitoring their progress and well-being.
- Provide patient observation to identify any changes in health status or behavior and report findings to appropriate personnel.
- Support clients with mobility assistance and transportation as needed.
- Uphold resident rights by promoting independence and dignity while providing care.
- Engage clients in social activities to enhance their emotional well-being and prevent isolation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Skills
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus.
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow them accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to observe and respond appropriately to client needs and changes in condition.
