Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities.The ideal candidate will have experience in seizers, home care, transfering, and patient monitoring, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients. This role requires a nurturing personality and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Monitor clients' health status, including vital signs and any changes in condition, reporting findings to healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Support clients with memory care techniques and dementia care strategies.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of memory care practices and dementia care is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to follow care plans accurately and provide patient monitoring effectively.
- Basic cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for clients.
- A background in social work or nursing can be an asset but is not required.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong commitment to client welfare.

Pay: $14.50 - $18.00 per hour
