Job Description :
Develop and oversee skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs based on assessments.
Ensure proper implementation of behavior programs, provide training and feedback.
Provide copious support and direction to Behavioral Technicians (15-20% supervision) to ensure treatment fidelity
Perform assessments as required by state specific payors
Perform quarterly staff performance assessments.
Track and analyze data, adjusting programs as needed for maximum effectiveness.
Work with families and teams to ensure consistent interventions.
Maintain accurate records of assessments, plans, and progress.
Qualification :
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing with the BACB.
Experience implementing and developing behavior-analytic programs
Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient care
Experience in assessments and report documentation
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
Ability to conduct evaluations and behavioral therapy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
Knowledge of special education practices and data collection techniques
