Role Overview :
We are looking for a passionate, highly driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, designing and implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and providing ongoing supervision and training to members of the team.
The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers and other professionals to improve the quality of life of children with behavioral challenges and helping them to achieve their goals. You’ll be working with a consistent schedule in a supportive team and have access to best-in-class onboarding and support!
Rate : Up to $95,000
Job Description :
- Develops and oversees skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, based on assessments.
- Ensures proper implementation of behavior programs, providing training and feedback.
- Provides copious support and direction to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) - 15-20% supervision, to ensure treatment fidelity.
- Completes assessments as required by state specific payors.
- Performs quarterly staff performance assessments.
- Tracks and analyzes data, adjusting programs as needed for maximum effectiveness.
- Works with families and teams to ensure consistent interventions.
- Maintains accurate records of assessments, plans and progress.
