Position Overview:
The Client Liaison will serve as a critical in-person resource for families and schools, helping them navigate the paperwork and administrative processes involved in receiving ABA services. Stationed at the school, or in other locations as needed, you will assist parents through the process, ensure necessary documentation is completed, and provide personalized customer service. You will collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure that all client needs are met. This is a mobile position within the school and surrounding Phoenix area. Responsibilities:
Office Organization:
- Collaborate with facilities and partners to ensure resources are properly maintained and organized.
- Greet, assist, and direct client's parents as needed.
Client Support:
- Guide clients through the intake process, ensuring their needs are met with strong communication and follow-ups.
- Provide services such as paperwork collection, correction, and submission.
- Process client paperwork from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Promote a friendly and professional culture to reassure clients that they will receive the best care possible.
- Address client concerns, complaints, and problems in a compassionate and effective manner.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a positive experience for both clients and providers.
General Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for families at the school and within the Phoenix area.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, interactions, and progress.
- Help families navigate the process of receiving therapy, including discussing insurance, consent forms, and program enrollment.
- Liaise with the school system to ensure their ABA service needs are met, and act as a liaison between school staff and parents.
- Assist with follow-ups and ensure all client paperwork is submitted on time.
- Be proactive in identifying and addressing any client challenges or concerns.
- Provide feedback to the operations team on any client concerns or opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
