Summary

We are seeking a passionate individual for the Daycare position at Shine Bright Child Care & Learning Center. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the growth and development of young children. You will play a key role in implementing our classroom programs and engaging with both children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to child care.
• Support children with disabilities by adapting activities as needed.
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Previous experience in daycare or early childhood education is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
