Shine Bros. Corp. of Minn. is seeking a Temporary/Seasonal Scale Operator / Office Associate with excellent customer service skills, math proficiency, and computer literacy. The successful candidate will have high attention to detail, be a self-motivator and an excellent multi-tasker. Scale experience is a plus - but is not required.
This is a day-shift position, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities of the Office / Scale position include:
· Handling customer phone calls and walk-in traffic in a busy environment.
· Scaling trucks.
· Processing documentation and performing data entry.
· Answering & processing incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
· Providing clear office communication with manager, employees, and customers.
· Going outside as needed to verify incoming customer loads.
· Performing other general office duties as assigned.
Basic office skills required, including Outlook, Word, Excel, multi-line phone operation.
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
