What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building and Grounds Maintenance position at Shine Bros?
Grounds & Building Maintenance Crew Member.
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Upkeep of grounds in outdoor areas, including grass, trees, shrubs and other general landscaping
- Mowing and trash cleanup
- Clear walkways and parking lots of debris, snow, leaves, etc. with use of skid loaders, forklifts, street sweepers and general equipment
- General maintenance or minor repair of structures, fences, etc. as needed
- Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will:
- Be reliable, and take pride in their work
- Have an attention to detail and follow directions
- Make safety a priority
- Have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Have the ability to work all day on your feet, and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Be able to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.75 per hour
