At Shine Counseling, we are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality, culturally competent care and is committed to mentoring others in ethical and effective therapeutic practices.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the clinical work of associate and licensed therapists, providing support, consultation, and guidance in alignment with best practices. In addition to supervision, you will maintain a caseload, working directly with clients of all ages—children, teens, adults, individuals, couples, and families—depending on your area of expertise and interest.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Master’s in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
- Must be fully licensed and eligible to supervise in Oregon
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Must be comfortable providing oversight and mentorship to therapists of varying levels of experience.
Location: On-site at one of our multiple Eugene/Springfield locations, serving clients in-person and virtually.

Your Role
As a Clinical Supervisor with Shine Counseling, you will:
- Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to pre-licensed and licensed clinicians.
- Support clinicians in treatment planning, case conceptualization, and skill development.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards, licensing board requirements, and evidence-based practices.
- Conduct file audits and review clinical documentation to maintain quality of care.
- Offer consultation on high-risk or complex cases as needed.
- Facilitate an open, supportive, and growth-oriented supervision environment.
- Maintain a clinical caseload serving children, adolescents, and adults, based on your preferred areas of focus.
