This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Learning Lead at Shine Early Learning in Milwaukee, WI. The Early Learning Lead will be responsible for managing learning programs, developing training materials, designing instructional content, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
- Learning Management, Training & Development, and Instructional Design skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging learning experiences
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Previous experience in early childhood education or related field
