Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner at the front desk.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with office management duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication purposes.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
- Uses Microsoft Office products for task management and reporting
- Coordinates with Agency Administrator and other staff to maintain smooth operations
- Responds to patients, aides, and case managers requests and directs them appropriately
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher degree from US or an accredited foreign institution
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and Google Suite applications.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in office management or front desk operations is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
