Hydroforming Operator

We are looking for a Hydroforming Operator to help shape metal parts using special machines. You will work with tools and equipment to make sure parts meet exact standards. Experience in aerospace is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and run hydroforming presses
• Align parts correctly in the machine
• Lubricate parts as instructed
• Watch pressure gauges and height settings to make sure the machine is running right
• Check parts visually and with tools to make sure they meet the customer’s standards
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Do regular maintenance on machines (like changing diaphragms and adjusting pressure)
• Follow the preventative maintenance schedule
• Read and understand blueprints
• Use tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Operate other equipment like shears, belt sanders, and air grinders

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of experience running hydroforming presses
• Aerospace experience is a plus
• Must have good attendance and be reliable
• Must be able to work safely and follow instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.20 - $20.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 56 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Hydro Form Press Operation: 3 years (Required)
• Aerospace: 1 year (Preferred)
