Spa Operations Assistant and Marketing Coordinator

If so, we'd love to meet you! Shine Intuitive Beauty is seeking a dedicated Spa Operations Assistant & Receptionist to join our small, dynamic team.

As the cornerstone of our daily operations, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining an exceptional client experience and ensuring our spa runs smoothly. This position is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to being a key part of our future growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Client Experience: Warmly welcoming and checking in clients, creating a professional and inviting atmosphere.
• Spa Operations Support: Managing bookings, answering phones/emails, assisting estheticians with room turnover, and keeping the spa pristine (cleaning, stocking, laundry).
• Social Media & Marketing: Assisting in creating engaging social media content to showcase our services and connect with the community.
• Retail Support: Helping clients choose products based on expert recommendations.
• Administrative Tasks: Handling light business support duties, such as inventory tracking, vendor communication, and managing day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar fields (minimum 2 years).
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of booking software, social media platforms, and general office tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
• A reliable, punctual, and proactive professional who takes pride in their work.
• Background check and references required.

Nice to Have:

• Social media marketing experience (a plus but not required).
• Past experience in spa, salon, or luxury hospitality settings.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or an interest in learning them to streamline tasks.
• Basic knowledge of business operations or retail sales.

• We're seeking a long-term employee based in Eagle County. Seasonal candidates will not be considered. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate before starting work.
• We are not considering candidates looking for internships, estheticians in training, or those pursuing dual roles as estheticians at this time.
