Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and dynamic Livestream Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting our livestream hosts and ensuring the smooth and effective execution of our livestream campaigns. You will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of our livestream programs, developing promotional strategies, training hosts, creating content, and analyzing performance to optimize our livestream sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Hosts: Work closely with livestream hosts to develop and execute tailored promotional strategies based on their niche, target audience, and buyer personas, aiming to drive sales growth and engagement.
- Product Training: Provide comprehensive training for livestream hosts on product features, functionalities, and key selling points to ensure accurate and effective product promotion.
- Livestream Room Setup: Design and create the strategic layout and aesthetic for the livestream setup to align with the brand and optimize audience experience.
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily livestream operations, including TikTok account setup, stream scheduling, video content creation, and troubleshooting during live sessions.
- Monitor Stream Performance: Regularly monitor livestream sessions, track KPIs, and review performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
- Support & Communication: Provide ongoing support to livestream hosts, ensuring smooth communication, addressing concerns, and offering solutions to optimize performance.
- Maintain Host Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top livestream hosts, consistently providing them with the tools, strategies, and resources needed for success.
- Promotional Strategy Development: Work with marketing teams to develop and refine promotional strategies and sales campaigns tailored for livestreams, including discount offers, bundles, and limited-time deals.
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging video content, scripts, and promotional materials for livestream events.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor livestream strategies, continuously finding ways to innovate and improve our livestream operations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred
- Experience: Proven experience in livestream operations, digital marketing, social media management, or similar roles.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) in English; bilingual in English and Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Industry Passion: Strong passion for the ecommerce and livestreaming industry, with an understanding of key trends and a genuine enthusiasm for new technologies and content creation.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms; experience with Douyin or Xiaohong Shu is a plus.
- Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple livestream events, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data, track metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve livestream outcomes.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to design engaging livestreams that align with brand goals and drive sales.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with livestreaming tools and platforms, video editing software, and other content creation tools.
