Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to complete daily tasks efficiently and to Shine’s high standards.
- Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed on every job site.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for crew members and customers on-site, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Manage job site setup and cleanup, ensuring all equipment is handled with care.
- Monitor job progress and quality, providing feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of job completion, customer feedback, and crew performance.
- Collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure timely project completion.
