What this role does specifically:
- The Technician will arrive at the Shine office in the morning, attend a morning morning, help load the vehicles with the proper equipment, and travel to homes and businesses assisting the Crew Leader
- Cleaning windows
- Pressure washing
- Cleaning gutters
- Installing Christmas lights
Entry Level - Window Cleaning Technician Qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service (There will be daily interactions with clients)
- Trustworthy when dealing with high-end clients
- Landscaping / Outdoor Experience huge plus
- Ladder Work huge plus
- Not afraid of heights (REQUIRED)
- Clean-Cut / Professional Looking
- Safety is top priority!
- High Energy and Outgoing attitude is a requirement
Entry Level - Window Cleaning Technician Physical Demands:
- Commercial and residential window cleaning
- Fast paced labor intensive work
- Bending, reaching for long hours
- Must be able to lift / carry 50 pounds
- Ladder Work
Entry Level - Window Cleaning Technician Benefits:
