Job Overview:

Seeking Experience Commercial Cleaner

• Ability to operate equipment such as cleaning equipment
• Have your own transportation
• BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES IS A MUST
• Having experience is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of how to store cleaning supplies and how to use it
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
• Reliable and able to show up on time, even for emergency cleanings
• Great personality and good attitude
• Buildings such as car dealerships, daycare, school, offices, restaurants etc
• I will be doing a weekly inspection
• Reliable is a must, this is not a quick money job, I need serious people who loves to clean and want a job and we can build a long and growing business relationship
• Complete thorough cleanings do walkthrough before and after, take pictures after and post them to me via text or email. And also check behind yourself to make sure nothing is missed so it's no complaint. All commercial cleaning supplies and equipment need to be provided by the crew

• There will be plenty more jobs for the right reliable candidate for upcoming workAn extra income job/second job Pay be processed after the job once after photos of completion pay will be within 15 days after the job is complete for invoice from the customer prefer payment method,This will be a 1099 contract position.

Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to perform floor care tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices
- Experience in residential painting or industrial cleaning a plus
- Strong maintenance and facilities management skills
- Proficiency in buffing and porter duties

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per month
