Location - Marble falls, TX
Shift - 8 hours Days and Nights
Guaranteed Hours - 40 hours/week
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of medical instruments and equipment used in patient care.
Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment
- Assemble instrument trays following established protocols
- Inspect instruments for cleanliness and functionality
- Maintain accurate records of processed items
- Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Assist with inventory management of sterile supplies
Qualifications
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience in sterile processing is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficient in aseptic techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
