The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to executives at Shine Social Brand. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Assist with personal errands, including coordinating deliveries, reservations, and other tasks.
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications and ensure timely follow-up.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
