What You’ll Do
As a Car Wash Manager, you will:
- Lead & Develop a Team – Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team that delivers an outstanding customer experience every time.
- Be Customer-Obsessed – Ensure every customer leaves satisfied, fostering relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal customers.
- Maintain Equipment & Operations – Learn how to properly maintain and troubleshoot equipment to keep everything running smoothly.
- Manage Inventory & Organization – Keep supplies stocked and operations running efficiently. A clean and organized work environment is a must.
- Drive Performance – Set goals, track key metrics, and continuously look for ways to improve results.

- Car wash experience is a plus, but not required – We’ll teach you what you need to know.
