Responsibilities:

• A deep dive into what we do and how we do it via our self empowerment programmes
• Regular participation in training and upskilling
• Leading others in your team by setting a positive example in a pay-it-forward fashion
• Marketing and interviewing - with full training
  
  

Skills and qualifications:

• While experience in the following capacities is a plus, what is most significant in our evaluation of the right candidate is a desire to transform to the next professional level or chapter in your career:- Leadership, Advertising, Marketing, People and Culture, Recruitment, Business Development, Team Building
• We seek those with open minds and curious hearts
• Big picture thinkers with high levels of independence
• Disciplined work ethic when working remotely
• Self Rigour: Capable of following a structured process with minimal supervision
• At least 4 years of professional experience. This is not a suitable option for student or recent graduates
