Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Digital marketing expertise is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills
- Ability to cultivate a growth mindset in others
- Experience in coaching or mentoring roles
- Tough love conversations when required
