What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Art Director / Designer position at Shine United?
JOB DESCRIPTION: We’re looking for a Senior Art Director/Designer who can turn bold concepts into commerce-driven art. Someone who’s strong design aesthetics are bolstered by a keen eye for photography, color theory, and typography. An artist who thinks conceptually and executes flawlessly across all mediums. We’re looking for someone who understands that clients buy great work from people they trust — people who understand that smart, bold creative can drive a brand forward. 5 years agency experience mandatory. No exceptions.
On-site position Monday through Thursday in Madison, WI office. Fridays can be remote.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a variety of creative tactics (print, video, design, digital, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to sell creative
- Outstanding collaboration skills and a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage client relationships (i.e., creative lead)
