We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work directly with individuals receiving behavior intervention services. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities :

Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervisor

Collect data on targeted behaviors

Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals

Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure client progress

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements :

Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder

Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and strategies

Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies

Proficiency in data collection and analysis

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards

Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals with special needs

Certification in behavior management or related field is a plus
