Shingle & Gibb Automation has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Newtown, CT location. If you are a customer service professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Shingle & Gibb Automation has an exciting opportunity for you!
In this role you will :
- Provide customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Process quotes and orders for customers including expediting, model, part number and pricing review.
- Update orders to comply with customer changes.
- Maintain delivery performance on orders, coordination of information and communication between customer, outside sales and our vendors.
- Provide timely communication back to the customer through all stages of the quote and order processing.
What you bring to the table :
Shift and Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm.
Compensation Details : The expected rate of pay for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience. This position also includes a potential annual merit bonus.
