Purchasing Specialist
(Entry Level)
Job Description
- Analyze client's production forecast
- Plan purchase and supply schedule
- Place purchase order to suppliers
- Meet the procurement schedule & solve any unexpected problems
- Contact with global supplier (Korea, China, Vietnam, Mexico, etc.)
- Stock shortage risk control
- Communicate with custom brokers and freight forwarders to ensure on time delivery
- Provide proper shipping documents for customs clearance
- Solve supplied item quality problem
- Analyze & Report for purchase / sales performance
- Contact with costumers constantly
- Provide shipment information and logistic schedule
- Purchase parts with the lowest cost though negotiation
- Resolve Quality Problems on Supplied items
Requirement:
- Be able to speak, read, and write Korean (preferred)
- Understand of Logistic process (Ocean, Air, Ground)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of M/S Office (Power-point, Excel, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate Degree or higher in Business or international trading, or relative experience for over 2 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
