Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our BRAN NEW CENTER OPENING APRIL 2025! The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role is essential in guiding preschool-aged children through their formative years, providing them with the foundational skills they need for future learning.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Infant children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- First aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain if not already certified.
- Experience in infant care, toddler care, or nannying is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and staff.
- A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not required.
- A genuine love for teaching and nurturing young children’s growth.
