Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development, effective behavior management techniques, and the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy education, social skills, and emotional development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to promote good conduct.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development, achievements, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that supports learning activities.
Experience
- Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or educational settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including curriculum development and childhood development theories.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
