Duties and Responsibilities
- Make quick and accurate troubleshooting decisions.
- Adjust machine controls to exact positions for various tasks.
- Grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objects with hands and arms.
- Arrange items or actions in a specific sequence or pattern.
- Listen to and understand spoken information and ideas.
- Concentrate on tasks over long periods without distraction.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Adhere to Safety Protocols
- Wear proper safety gear while on the manufacturing, warehouse, or factory room floor.
Assemble Watch Heads
- Complete watch assembly of all models with mechanical and quartz movements following production specifications.

Physical Demands
- Sit for long periods (almost entire time), stand, walk, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50lbs).

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Pass a drug screen and National Criminal Background Check.
- 20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision.
- Sit for extended periods performing repetitive tasks.
- Excellent eye/hand coordination.
- Handle small instruments with precision.
- Understand and follow directions.
- Candidates with electrical assembly and mechanical assembly experience encouraged to apply.
Work Environment
The position requires interacting with many people in a light industrial manufacturing area. The noise level is usually moderate to high. The plant must remain dust-free, and proper attire will be provided by the company.
