Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a consistently great guest experience
- Interact warmly with guests, explain our services, and respond with confidence to common questions
- Work with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly carwash facility and property
- Contribute to effective operations by learning carwash technology and equipment systems
- Make good decisions to resolve issues quickly and appropriately
- Perform other guest, team, and site care duties, as requested
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Friendly, outgoing personality and energetic, team-oriented spirit
- Goal-orientation and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new guest service, technology, and mechanical skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to maintain clear and transparent communication
- Availability to periodically work a flexible schedule based upon shift, project, and training requirements
- Guest service and/or mechanical experience preferred
- Willingness to abide by our uniform appearance standards
- Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to consent to a background check
- Physical Demands: Ability to continuously stand or walk; ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, climb ladders, and lift frequently
