Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Troubleshoot day to day production challenges to ensure every customer leaves with a good experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain high satisfaction levels.
