We currently have positions here at Ship Secure 1 delivering Amazon packages! We’re a regional package delivery service that operates in Eagan, MN. We are not only committed to expedient and safe package delivery, but also dedicated to providing a quality shopping and shipping experience.

You can earn $22.25 per hour with opportunities for increases! Paid training and bonus pay! We also offer medical dental and vision benefits, 401k plans, college tuition reimbursement and paid time off!

Team members are responsible for delivering around 250 packages during the daily shift. We provide you with uniforms, delivery vehicles, GPS technology, paid training, and most importantly our leadership staff committed to the success our drivers. We firmly believe our employees are our most important assets!

• Rate includes $22.25 minimum/hour, plus weekly Attendance Bonus of $120. Attendance bonus is in effect during Holiday Peak season (typically 2nd/3rd week of October and ends on December 26. Weekly Attendance Bonus is available to drivers working at least 4 days/week.

Qualifications:

• Dependable team members who put safety first and obey the rules of the road
• Customer satisfaction driven with strong problem solving skills
• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Enter and exit delivery vehicle 180 times and walk 5 miles to/from the van per day
• Able to use handheld GPS technology for delivering and tracking packages
• Must be 21 years or older with a clean driving record
• ability to pass a road test
• Work related driving experience or experience driving large vehicles a plus
• Weekday and weekend flexibility required
• CDL License
