You will coach and lead a team of Software Development Engineers to build highly scalable, multi-tenant services for the next generation of the Catamaran platform.At Shipcom, we hire hands-on managers. Master's degree preferred.Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.Experience with building web and mobile solutions.Hands-on expertise with building and operating back-end services.Experience partnering with product or program management teams.Exceptional customer relationship skills, written and verbal communication skills.Being passionate about what you do and a get-things-done attitude to make your product and team successful.#J-18808-Ljbffr
