The Strategic Partnership Lead at ShipDudes will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence.
This individual will lead efforts to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, while also managing key client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader, comfortable driving business expansion while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Pipeline Development & Sales Execution
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities that align with ShipDudes' growth goals.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, nurturing potential clients through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to convert high-quality leads into long-term customers.
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and potential clients.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to drive revenue and expand service offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Provide actionable insights to product and operations teams to refine service offerings.
What Success Looks Like:
Within 3-6 months, the Strategic Partnership Lead should:
