ShipIt, shipping 2.7 million orders a year, is here to fulfill, meet, and exceed customer expectations.

We are looking for a part-time, on-site PR Specialist to join our Shipping Team in Hurricane, Utah. The PR Specialist will be responsible for executing all ShipIt birthday, anniversary, and appreciation events and ensure all team members feel valued and celebrated.

What you will do :

Plan and execute all ShipIt team member birthdays, work anniversaries, and appreciation events according to company standards

Assist the Internal PR Manager with internal and external events

Help create policies regarding team member events

Establish, maintain, manage, and adhere to event budgets

Verify all supplies are accurately and sufficiently stocked for company events

Ensure all efforts are planned and implemented in a way that ensures that ShipIt branding, guidelines, policy, image and core values are upheld

Report directly to Internal PR Manager

What you must bring :

Time management, organization, and prioritization skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with putting on events

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Energetic and enthusiastic personality with the ability to create connections with others

Uphold standards, policies, quotas, and expectations without compromise

Familiar with Microsoft Suites and comfortable learning new software programs

Effectively work with multiple teams

Pay : $15.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

Job Type : Part-Time, In-Person
