What are the responsibilities and job description for the WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE position at ShipIt?

Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah, we are looking for a full-time, in-person Warehouse Associate.
You will play a key role in workflow management.
What you will do:
- Ensure speed, quality, and safety in all responsibilities
- Maintain forklift and pallet jack qualifications
- Prepare and stage product carts for shipping line fillers
- Stock and stage finished products in shipping room
- Set up and transport gaylord boxes to staging area
- Prepare empty product boxes for reuse
- Retrieve and stage pallets from warehouse racks
- Hand wrap pre-packaged pallets as needed
- Follow FIFO standards and company policies
- Attend weekly staff meetings

Pay: $15.50 per hour potential monthly production bonus
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
