Shipley Do-Nuts has been a prominent name in the donut and kolache industry since 1936, known for its outstanding products and customer service. Our operational hours typically start at 5 AM and can extend to closing at 5 PM, 8 PM, or remain open 24 / 7.
Position Overview :
The Field Trainer plays a pivotal role in delivering thorough training programs to Shipley Do-Nuts locations, both corporate and franchised. This role ensures that team members excel in delivering superior customer service and adhere to the highest standards of product quality and cleanliness in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The Field Trainer will monitor training progress, uphold brand standards, and maintain company culture across all locations. Flexibility is essential, as training support may be required from as early as 2 AM to 10 PM, including weekends.
Hours :
45-50 hours per week.
Compensation :
Annual salary between $50K-60K based on experience, with a potential 10% bonus. Includes standard benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) and PTO.

Your primary responsibility as a Field Trainer at Shipley Do-Nuts, is to ensure that you are helping every team member, at all levels, to understand and embrace this mindset.
Training Implementation :
- Play a key role in the New Store Opening Team by supporting new locations (both franchise and corporate) with initial team recruitment, inventory setup, and training for new hires.
- Conduct on-site training for new and existing employees, including operational "Booster Shot" sessions as necessary.
- Develop and deliver training programs covering all shop operations, such as customer service, product quality, brand image, and safety protocols.
