1st Shift Monday - Friday
Part-Time: Monday, Friday, and one other weekday of your choice
2 weeks training in York office
then working in office at 1976 Bowmansville Rd, Adamstown, PA 19501
Starting at $15 - $20 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities
- Effectively serve all customer needs and process inquiries in a courteous, friendly and timely manner
- Provide all customers with the consistent, quality service in accordance with company procedures
- Help meet the needs of customers by offering value-added features and benefits to their accounts
- Manage multiple priorities and complete calls and assigned task in a timely manner
- Provide solutions by offering products and services which improve customer retention and sales
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Sales and Customer Service experience preferred
- Committed to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity, and innovation
- Basic knowledge of computer technology including Word, Excel, and e-mail
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduled
